Service Agreement

Updated 2026

Placeholder copy. This document carries the structure across from the existing site. Final wording should be reviewed and confirmed before launch.

This agreement sets out what early childhood services can expect from a Pocket Ed partnership, and what we ask of partner services in return. It supplements our Terms of Service.

What We Provide

Depending on your plan: unlimited access to our video library for all staff, scheduled private centre coaching sessions with a certified practising speech pathologist, implementation support, and access to new content released during your term.

Coaching Sessions

Sessions are delivered online and scheduled in advance. Sessions are private to your service and may be recorded for your team's reference. Reasonable notice is appreciated for rescheduling.

Term and Renewal

Plans run for the term shown at purchase (6 or 12 months). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, and continuing services receive a discounted renewal rate.

Scope of Practice

Pocket Ed builds educator capacity. It does not provide individual diagnosis or therapy to specific children, and is not a substitute for a child's own allied health care where that is required.

Funding

Where services use government funding to cover their subscription, eligibility and approval remain the responsibility of the service. We are happy to provide information to support your application.
